Managing Director
Steven Silverman has 25 years of experience in corporate finance and middle market investment banking, including working for a Fortune 100 company and successfully developing a national boutique investment bank. Prior to co-founding KingsPoint, Steven worked on more than 100 transactions across various industries. Steven is a licensed securities principal and investment banker with three federal securities licenses. He serves on a local CEO Roundtable, is a Board Member of the American Merger & Acquisition Association and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
LAWRENCE ROGERS
Senior Director
Larry Rogers has over 40 years of experience in business and investment banking. Prior to joining KingsPoint, he was the President and Chairman of a national securities firm specializing in middle market mergers and acquisitions. He has successfully negotiated more than fifty transactions worth over $1.5 billion. Larry was also the CEO/owner of a manufacturing business with sales in nine countries. He is a licensed securities principal and investment banker with five securities licenses and an active advisor for several business and charitable organizations.
CAROLYN POPE

Carolyn Pope has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. She has used her experience and expertise in working with high net worth individuals, endowments, and foundations to understand their needs and to build a comprehensive wealth management plan. She holds three securities licenses, an MBA, and the designation of Certified Financial Planner. Carolyn serves on the Boards of Directors for The Greater Houston Chapter of the American Red Cross and DePelchin Children’s Centers. She is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Houston Business and Estate Planning Council.
