KingsPoint Capital, LLC, a middle-market investment banking firm, recently facilitated the sale of its client, Green Plate Kitchen, Inc. to Celebrate Brands, Inc.
Founded in 2010 by passionate Mom and healthy foodie, Lisa Pounds, Green Plate Kitchen successfully markets a line of clean label, gluten free and nutrient rich snacks supporting healthy lifestyles. Serving as an exclusive financial advisor, KingsPoint guided the client through all aspects of the transaction, which culminated in an agreement in which Green Plate rolls into the Celebrate Brands family of healthy snack products. As part of the transaction, Lisa will serve as Chief Executive Officer of Celebrate Brands, and oversee the growth of all the Company’s healthy snacking brands.
